Depois de se obter uma mistura homogénea e cremosa adiciona-se a farinha peneirada e gradualmente e o fermento em pó. Por fim, no bolo de chocolate adicionam-se os chocolates. Enquanto que no bolo de baunilha e na mesma fase adicionam-se as natas e as gotas de baunilha. Optei por forrar o fundo de uma forma redonda sem fundo com papel vegetal, e barrar com margarina e farinha. Os bolos vão ao forno cerca de 45 min. a 170º. Depois de desenformados, deixa-los arrefecer antes de cortar e rechear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ffffff;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;O recheio é essencialmente uma variante do creme pasteleiro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;"&gt;Batem-se bem os ovos com a maisena, o açúcar, o licor e por fim o leite. Vai ao lume em lume brando e adiciona-se logo de início a manteiga. Mexer sempre para não pegar no fundo em encaroçar. Tal como num pudim normal, assim que começar a subir no tacho e em simultâneo se tornar mais espesso, está pronto. Reservar e deixar arrefecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="LINE-HEIGHT: normal; MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt" class="MsoNormal" align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Arial;font-size:130%;color:#ffffff;"&gt;Lavar e limpar os morangos e cortar em 1/4. Aos poucos adicionar o caldo e à medida que vai absorvendo, continua-se a adicionar até atingir o nível de cozedura pretendido. Adicionar a carne mesmo no final. Formar bolinhas. Com três dedos furar as bolinhas e moldar a forma de anel.&lt;br /&gt;Ferver os bagels em água durante 2 min. de cada lado. Depois da massa homogénia deixo-a repousar cerca de 30 min. após os quais estendo e forro a forma.&lt;br /&gt;Passando ao recheio, saletear no azeite o alho francês, a cebola e o bróculo.&lt;br /&gt;Temperar com 1 pitada de sal. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Mistaram-se os ovos com as natas e tempera-se a gosto com sal e pimenta. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;Pegando na forma forrada com a massa começa-se por dispor o bacalhau, de seguida o pimento e por último os verdes. My favorite!"&lt;br /&gt;No meu caso: "Risoto de Camarão e Chalotas! My favorite!" (Confesso que apesar de apreciar não sou grande entusiasta por camarão...no entanto adorei o resultado final!) E por quê este o preferido? É que nos últimos tempos tenho andado numa investida de risotos... uma vez que o aperfeiçoamento advém da prática, estou à procura do "ponto de rebuçado" nesta variante de arroz! Quando estiverem parcialmente translúcidas adiciona-se o arroz. Sempre mexendo, para não pegar, quando este último estiver transparente adiciona-se o vinho e deixa-se evaporar. De seguida adiciona-se o caldo, aos poucos e à medida que o arroz for absorvendo. A cerca de meio da caneca adicionam-se os camarões e o pimento. Se o caldo terminar sem que o arroz esteja cozido, vai-se continuando com a adição de água morna ou quente. Nesse sentido as migas devem ser devidamente demolhadas. Um dia e duas mudas de água costumam ser suficientes. No dia da confecção coze-las em lume brando, sem qualquer tempero, até parecerem querer desfazer-se. Importante, não inundar o bacalhau mas coze-lo em água suficiente que permita reservar alguma. Em simultâneo pode-se cozer o camarão. Como a minha mãe me ensinou, a água deve estar “bem” temperada de sal e piripiri, pois como o camarão é cozido com a casca oferece alguma resistência no que diz respeito à absorção de temperos. Para a quantidade que indico deve ser suficiente um colher de sobremesa rasa de sal grosso e duas malaguetas secas de pacote ou equivalente. Pessoalmente prefiro piripiri caseiro com base em malaguetas frescas. Se houver solicitação, posso partilhar como o faço. Voltando à receita… para mim a essência da lasanha passa por três elementos: obviamente a massa, o molho bechamel e o recheio, sendo o mais comum a carne à bolonhesa… pois eu mantenho os três elementos mas com uma aldrabice tão à minha maneira. Por motivos mais dos que óbvios mantenho a massa, o recheio é caracterizado pelo camarão ao qual incuto o sabor mais forte e mais temperado, e insiro o bacalhau numa adaptação do bechamel. Pois bem, enquanto as cozeduras estão a decorrer pode-se ir adiantando as restantes tarefas, embora esta questão de timing não seja relevante para o sucesso da receita. Eu simplesmente estou habituada a poupar tempo. Para o recheio pica-se a cebola, o dente de alho e o quarto de pimento. Quanto mais picado, melhor se misturam os sabores, mas mais uma vez é ao critério do(a) cozinheiro(a). Vai a refogar em lume brando com o azeite. Assim que a cebola começar a amolecer adiciona-se a polpa de tomate (ou 2 tomates biológico passados pela varinha mágica, o que melhoraria indiscutivelmente o sabor e também a textura), sal e piripiri a gosto. Por fim, o vinho branco (também pode ser substituído por cerveja, mais uma vez melhora a textura), adiciona-se a mesma quantidade de água. Assim que levantar fervura adiciona-se 1/2 c. sopa de farinha. Para não correr riscos de encaroçar não é de todo má ideia retirar um pouco do líquido para um pequeno recipiente no qual se misture a farinha com a ajuda de um batedor manual (na gíria muitas vezes denominado de “ferrinhos”), depois sim adicionar ao preparado anterior. Quanto parecer cremoso está no momento certo para adicionar os camarões devidamente descascados e cortados em pedaços não muito pequenos. Reservar. Se possível deixar de parte 2 ou 3 inteiros, com casca, para decorar. Não querendo violar a receita original, mesmo porque existe uma infinidade de versões, esta é a minha e adaptada. Aquecer a manteiga num tacho, quando estiver derretida adicionar as 2 c. de farinha polvilhando-a, juntar o leite e o dobro da quantidade de água da cozedura do bacalhau. Mexer muito bem com o batedor para que a farinha não encaroce. Entretanto temperar com noz-moscada, sal e pimenta. Quando estiver cremoso adicionar a febras de bacalhau, a salsa picada e retirar do lume. Mexer um pouco o bacalhau no preparado para que se desfaça um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Numa travessa, de preferência quadrada ou rectangular, dispor os preparados e a massa por camadas alternadas. Por exemplo: bacalhau, massa, camarão, massa, etc. até terminar. Por fim, cobrir com o queijo ralado, que recomendo ser mozzarella pois não é caracterizado por um sabor muito forte ao ponto de retirar o protagonismo dos outros ingredientes, nem de salgar o prato no geral, o que acontece com a utilização de alguns queijos muito incorporados. E os camarões, reservados por motivos decorativos. Polvilhar com salsa picada, pouca, e ervas da Provença, também pouca quantidade pois possuem um aroma muito forte. Está pronto para ir ao forno até alourar. Uma dica pessoal… se for possível deixar como está neste momento até ao dia seguinte no frigorífico, pois a massa terá tempo de absorver a humidade (importante: distinguir o molho e o recheio cremosos de aguados, ainda que seja apenas um deles) das diferentes camadas e cozinhará muito mais rapidamente. Se não for possível resistir tanto tempo, tentar simplesmente não cozinhá-la de imediato, pelos mesmos motivos. margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 400px;" src="http://sombrasesonhos.zip.net/images/morangos1.jpg" border="0" alt="" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Querida P. desculpa a demora desde o teu pedido... mas ainda são fruto da época, não?&lt;br /&gt;Entreti-me nas últimas semanas a ler a saga "completa" (os quatro volumes)... e isolei-me um pouco... mas aqui vai.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;500gr de morangos&lt;br /&gt;2 pac. de natas&lt;br /&gt;3 ou 4 colheres de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;5 folhas de gelatina em folha&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;Demolhar as folhas de gelatinas com água morna num recipiente pequeno. Apenas cobrir a gelatina com a menor porção de águas possível.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto, passar os morangos com a varinha mágica e adicionar o açúcar durante este processo. À parte bater as natas, às quais se adiciona o creme de morango após estarem bem firmes. E por fim a gelatina. Nesse sentido porque não proporcionar, ocasionalmente, alguns "coelhos" saídos da cartola dignos de deleite?!&lt;br /&gt;Neste sentido, e aproveitando igredientes de época, aqui vai uma sugestão para os apreciadores de frutos secos... o que até nem é o meu caso...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos;&lt;br /&gt;250gr de Açúcar Branco;&lt;br /&gt;300gr de Farinha de Trigo;&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher(sobremesa) de Margarina para Culinária;&lt;br /&gt;1/2 Chávena(chá) de Leite;&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher(café) de Fermento;&lt;br /&gt;1 Colher(café) de Canela;&lt;br /&gt;1 Chávena(chá) de Nozes Partidas.&lt;br /&gt;Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;Bater bem as gemas com a manteiga. Adicionar metade da porção das nozes e o açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;Após se obter um creme homogéneo, adicionar o leite, e as claras batidas em castelo alternando com pequenas porções de farinha. Por fim, juntar ao preparado o fermento e as restantes nozes. Levar ao forno pré-aquecido em forma barrada e deixar cozer em forno médio...sem pressas.
